ICE is the leading manufacturing exhibition of raw materials, production and testing equipment, lab apparatus, and services for the paints, coatings, and allied industries. In October 2007, members of the coatings industry from around the globe will travel to Toronto and to be part of the largest coatings expo in North America.

Registration for ICE 2007 Exhibitors

Registration: Each exhibiting company is entitled to 3 complimentary exhibitor booth personnel registrations per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space reserved. All other personnel can be registered for $50 each. Exhibitor registration forms have been forwarded to all exhibitors of record.

To access the exhibitor online registration, each company has been provided a username and password. If you need this information, please contact Lisa McGlashen.

Deadline for advance registration is September 10, 2007. After this date, badges will be available at the registration area in Toronto.

Requests for hotel suites should be sent to ICE Housing. FSCT assigns the suites and ICE Housing processes the reservations. Meeting room requests should be sent directly to Tori Graves, c/o FSCT at tgravescmp@verizon.net or faxed to 215.721.1018. Meeting room rental is dependent upon the level of catering requested for the event.

Soliciting by Non-Exhibitors
Non-exhibiting companies and their employees are restricted from any type of solicitation on the ICE 2007 exhibit floor, in conference sessions, and in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Violators will have their badge confiscated and will be escorted from the building.
